Our Approach



Every aspect of our lives influences our state of wellbeing, which is why wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.  This includes supporting young girls and women to have:

  • healthy self-esteem
  • positive relationships with their family
  • a network of close friends
  • enjoyable and fulfilling activities including a job or volunteer work, hobbies and leisure activities
  • enough money
  • regular exercise, eating a balanced diet and getting sufficient sleep
  • a sense of purpose and meaning including a sense of belonging
  • the ability to adapt to change
  • the knowledge to influence a fair and democratic society
